your instructions say
"Pipe is sold in 5 foot increments, price is listed as Price per Foot."
does that mean in the quantity box i enter a '1' to get 1 5 foot piece, or i just have to enter the total feet i want and it has to be an increment of 5? |

To purchase 5 feet, you would enter 5. The 5 foot increments means the site will not allow you to enter a quantity other than 5, 10, 15, etc. |
